Here are a few tips that will help you to manage/eliminate distractions so that you can be more productive and sane.

1) Work in 45 mins to 1 hour spurts.

2) Discuss your schedule with the people in your schedule

3) Remove the distractions of notifications from email, social media, whats app etc

4) Use your otherwise commute time to work early in the morning.
