How to Really have a Happy New Year

Today is a great day to begin the process of really creating a Happy New Year.

In order to do this we must understand that we in fact create our lives but maybe more importantly how we create our lives.

We create our lives on three levels:

Note that we can actually simplify it into two levels, Thoughts and Actions, as Words are really Thoughts expressed.

While all three are necessary in the creation of our lives, Thoughts are the most impactful. The exciting part is that we can actually put those powerful thoughts on autopilot so that we are constantly creating the happiest life possible.

So the biggest change you can implement to really make 2017 a Happy New Year is changing your Thoughts.

The challenge is that we are not aware of most of our thoughts. Science has shown that we have between 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day but over 90% of them happen at the subconscious level, so we are not aware of them. Although we are not aware them, they still create our lives.

Changing your thoughts is actually a lot easier than most people think. It is scientifically proven that you can develop a new habit in 21 days. Therefore you can change your habitual thought in 21 days!

One very powerful way of doing this is through affirmations. The best times to listen to affirmations are last thing before bed and first thing on rising in the morning.
